Inclusive Music Education
Creating musical spaces where every learner belongs.
Course Overview
Music is a basic and universal human capacity, just like writing, speaking, or walking. Every person can and has the right to participate in musical activities. From an inclusive perspective, this course explores both the role of music in schools and the ways in which schools can use music to support learning and the development of a wide range of competencies for all students.

Who Is It For?
Music teachers in Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary Education.
Teachers of any subject working in Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary Education who are interested in implementing musical activities in an interdisciplinary or across different areas of learning.
Anyone interested in deepening their understanding of music education from a universal and inclusive perspective.
Methodology
The methodological approach is highly practical, interdisciplinary, and cross-curricular. The main objective is for participants to experience a range of activities that they can later apply with their students in Early Childhood, Primary, Secondary, or post-compulsory education settings. The inclusive framework ensures that all activities can be adapted for diverse learners, whether in the regular music classroom or integrated into other subject areas. To provide a comprehensive perspective on the educational potential of music, the course includes proposals related to singing, instrumental practice, listening, creation, and improvisation.
